ORDER QUESTIONS

DNS.co uses Canada Post with tracking and ships all across Canada. Once your order has been paid, packed, and shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Regional (Western Canada) generally takes 1-2 business days, and National (Ontario and east of) 2-5 business days. We do not guarantee delivery times as DNS.co is not Canada Post.

DNS.co will try and work with every customer order that is lost or stolen, however DNS.co does not guarantee we will find your package, and we will not guarantee any refunds or re-shipments.

DNS.co offers free basic shipping via Canada Post on all orders that subtotal $250 or more after any discounts, points, or coupons.

DNS.co offers the option for you to pay with Interac e transfer. Once you checkout your order you will be directed to the “Thank You” for ordering page which will display clear instructions on how to send e transfers. Please follow them carefully, and if you lose the thank you page, the E transfer instructions will also be in your “ON HOLD” transactional email sent to your email address. Be sure to check your spam or Junk box before contacting us about not receiving your order email. Please don’t forget to mark the email as not spam for future order notification.

DNS.co stands by the quality of all the products that are sold on the site. We do not generally accept any refunds, exchanges or returns, however if you feel like you are unsatisfied with anything, please feel free to email us at dnscustomercare@proton.me and someone can discuss options with you.

Our Packing team works Monday to Friday and does not pack or ship on weekends and holidays. If you place an order and we receive your payment before 12:30pm(PST) your order will go out that same day. Any orders made after or without payment by 12:30pm(PST), your order will go out the next business day.
